Sarah Evans – Our New Mortgage Advisor!
We’re excited to introduce Sarah Evans, a familiar face who has been part of the Remoo Mortgages team as Operations Manager for the past 3 years. Having recently completed her mortgage advisor qualifications, Sarah is ready to guide you through your mortgage journey with a personal touch and expert advice.
Sarah is passionate about delivering excellent customer service and truly cares about her clients. She understands that buying a home can be challenging and is committed to making the process as smooth and stress-free as possible. With her caring approach, Sarah ensures that every client feels supported and confident every step of the way.
Beyond her dedication to her clients, Sarah is also passionate about giving back to the community and creating opportunities for young people in financial services. She strongly believes in the importance of financial education and is eager to make a difference.
Outside of work, Sarah enjoys spending time with her two beautiful daughters, going to the gym, and relaxing in the sun, usually with a cocktail in hand.
Lucie
Lucie is a Mortgage Administrator with a vibrant background in hospitality and sales. Seeking a more rewarding career path, she made the transition into the financial sector, bringing with her a strong desire to make a positive impact.
Having completed her A-levels, Lucie laid the groundwork for ongoing professional development. She values kindness, humour, and helpfulness, and is dedicated to creating a warm and welcoming environment for both clients and colleagues.
Outside of work, Lucie is often described as funny, loud, and outgoing. She balances her hardworking and driven nature with personal passions, including reading, long walks with her energetic chocolate Labrador, and exploring the creative world of floristry.

Sophia
Sophia is a dedicated and outgoing individual who has successfully completed her GCSEs and is currently pursuing a Level 3 Apprenticeship in Business Administration. Motivated by a passion for helping others achieve their goals, she is equally focused on gaining independence and personal growth.
Known for her strong social skills and caring nature, Sophia thrives in collaborative environments where support and teamwork are essential. Her friends and colleagues value her determination, reliability, and mature approach to getting things done.
Outside of her professional journey, Sophia enjoys reading and spending quality time with family and friends—interests that reflect her love of socialising and building meaningful connections. Looking ahead, she is eager to progress to Level 4 of her apprenticeship, striving for both stability and the chance to reach her full potential.
Tyler
Tyler is currently pursuing a Level 3 Business & Administration apprenticeship while working as a Mortgage Administrator at Remoo Mortgages. He is actively working towards completing both his Level 3 and Level 4 qualifications with the goal of becoming a fully qualified Mortgage Advisor.
Outside of his professional development, Tyler is passionate about playing guitar, exploring video games, and building computers. One of his proudest personal achievements has been learning to play the guitar, reflecting his commitment to self-improvement and creativity. Known by friends as confident and outgoing, Tyler is focused on reaching his financial goals and building a secure, successful future.
What it’s like to work at Remoo mortgages?
Working at Remoo Mortgages has been a truly rewarding experience. From day one, I felt welcomed into the business by Ceri and Sarah, who were so supportive and forward-thinking and genuinely value both professional and personal growth.
One of the most fulfilling aspects of my journey with Remoo Mortgages is my apprenticeship. I was provided the opportunity to acquire my Level 3 NVQ in Business & Administration, which is a goal I’ve always wanted to achieve. Remoo provided the tools, training and recourses needed for me to succeed and I could not be happier.
The role has given me the chance to apply what I’m learning in the real time, whether it’s improving my communication skills, understanding business processes
or managing my own tasks efficiently. I have been able to develop even more experience in a fast-paced environment whilst contributing to my education, which to me is invaluable.
In conclusion, working at Remoo mortgages has shown me how a supportive workplace can make all the different in both your career and personal development. It’s the best place I’ve ever worked at, and I cannot recommend them enough!
